Shaiya Evolution

We want to create a Shaiya that is fair for all regardless of how much they donate or whether they choose to at all and enjoyable for everyone to play.
Here are some of our goals:
* Our intention is not to create another Power Level Server with ridiculous XP/Gold multipliers.
* To make PvP an even battleground where people will be based on player skill and not there Items.
* Cheating, Botting or using Exploits will not be tolerated period and permanently banned without warning.
